Live Demo

Yachtmemory live on Silent-Sea.

All following views show real live data from the Yachtmemory system installed on board Silent-Sea. No mockups, no sample data.

Current onboard data

Position, course, speed, wind, depth and temperatures are read directly from the yacht systems and displayed locally as well as in the portal.

Battery systems

This widget shows the two high-voltage battery banks and the LV onboard power system of Silent-Sea.

The data is read directly from the MG Energy Systems battery masters via CAN bus. These units monitor and control the individual battery banks – a typical configuration of modern electric catamarans.

Live map

The current position of the yacht is taken from the navigation data and displayed on a map.

Track & anchorages

Yachtmemory detects anchorages from historical onboard data and combines position, duration, depth, wind, chain length and chain force. Clicking the anchor symbol shows detailed information about the anchorage.

Anchorage list

The anchorage list shows detected stays in a compact overview with number, location name, period, duration and important measured values.

Wind history

Wind speed and wind direction are displayed as a timeline. For shorter periods, wind arrows provide an intuitive visualization of the direction.

Anchorage analysis

For individual anchorages, Yachtmemory shows the timeline of chain force, chain length and wind. This makes the loads on the anchoring system traceable for the first time.
