The personal long-term memory of your yacht.
The YMPortal extends the local YMBox with remote access, synchronization and a central overview of your own yacht.
The YMBox remains the source of the data.
All important data is created and initially stored locally on board.
When an internet connection is available, the YMBox securely synchronizes selected data with the YMPortal.
This creates a permanent archive outside the yacht without making the vessel directly accessible from the internet.
Dashboard for the yacht owner
In the portal, the owner sees the most important information about the yacht at a glance.
This includes current position, tracks, anchorages, energy status and historical data.
Position, track and anchorages
The portal shows where the yacht has been, when it was anchored and what the conditions were at the time.
Individual position data becomes a clear voyage and anchorage history.
Document archive of the yacht
Yachtmemory stores not only sensor data, but also important documents related to the yacht.
This includes vessel papers, insurance documents, manuals, maintenance records, marina registrations and other voyage documents.
Documents and emails in the right context
Emails and attachments can become part of the yacht documentation.
Marina registrations, berth confirmations, maintenance requests or documents for harbour authorities can be assigned directly to the yacht.
From the document archive, relevant documents can later be selected and sent by email.
Securely connected
The connection between the YMBox and the YMPortal runs through an encrypted VPN.
The yacht is not directly reachable from the internet.
